Orders & Payments

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Refunds & Damaged Items
All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item.
